Land Use Plan

The Town and Village Joint Land Use Plan Committee most recently updated "A Land Use Plan for the Town and Village of Rochester: 2020" in March of 2007. This document and associated index may take awhile to load.

Land Use Plan

On June 17, 2009 the Village Board adopted "A Multi-Jurisdictional Comprehensive Plan for Racine County: 2035" to comply with Wisconsin's Smart Growth Legislation.
